Same shot as yesterday with a different feeling...at least to me. Yesterday in B&W it was somewhat demanding. Today, it is light and joyful. Do you agree?

Moon over William Penn

William Penn sitting on top of Philadelphia City Hall seems to be looking up at the moon in this early morning shot from last week's trip. Love the City Hall building with its ornate architecture. Has to be one of the best city halls in the country.

Confusing Signs in Las Vegas

One (or more) of these signs don't belong. I also sat next to a Jehovah's Witness on the plane to Vegas. They had a convention going!!! It was just a stop over on a way to a weeklong hike in the Grand Canyon. Now that sounds like fun. She tried to convert me but I forced the conversation over to physics. I would call the conversation a draw.

Red Rock Bench

I seem to search out these random benches in strange places. This is one looking up on one of the Red Rock hikes just outside of Las Vegas.

Harley Davidson Vegas

This bike is sticking out of the second story of the Harvey Davidson building on the Las Vegas strip. So, of course, I have to shoot it. Got up at a high angle while on an adjoining escalator.

Caught the Moon just as it was setting over the Red Rocks area in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas Walk-About

Took a walk down the strip from Mandalay Bay to Bally's and got some great night shots on the way back. The Sony with the 55 mm lens shoots just amazing crystal clear night shots. This one to me looks like a model of Caesars--not the real thing.

Looks like the fog is about to roll in. It actually did and a few minutes later you could not see that lighthouse at all.

Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce

I love these old ornate buildings. This is the Chamber of Commerce building in downtown Milwaukee. Probably not the most modern of buildings inside, but a beautiful exterior.

Spinning Wheels Summer Camp

Long exposure and tripods go well together at carnivals. This is at Summer Camp music fest. Neon lights probably go well with all that was ingested by those present.
