They don't build like this anymore, do they? Love these balconies and the whole look to many of these buildings in New York. If I remember correctly, this is down Broadway in the 20's or so. In any case, there are lots of buildings in New York of this style. I thought a black and white was appropriate as this building gives me an old time New York feel.
