How do you like them Apples?

Lots of apples reflecting from the front of the Apple store in New York City right by Central Park. Amazing energy in this store, which I just learned is opened 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Have to go there some sleepless night when I am in the city.

Martins Tavern, Georgetown

Cheryl and I had an excellent anniversary dinner at Martins' Tavern in Georgetown, the restaurant and in the exact booth where JFK proposed to Jackie. (A sign behind me attests to that fact.) Truly excellent meal for both of us. Couldn't believe that we walked right in and got that booth.

New York Frame of Mind

Caught a beautiful day to walk around New York City. Always a fun place to visit. Now especially so with Michael living there.

Old San Juan Street Scene

Still able to mine old shots taken while I was in Old San Juan. This  one is from March 2010. Love the colors.

I am not a wine drinker. Never acquired the taste. Like the views in wine country.

Bryant Park Carousel New York

Looking at the Carousel this way it now makes sense why William doesn't really want to ride on one. Those horses look scary.

Park Here....No Really, Park Here NYC

Some signs are subtle. Some are not. Apparently, there is parking here....

Salt Lake Traffic

No traffic jam here but you wouldn't mind jams if the views are this spectacular. Only another half hour into those hills gets you to Park City. Oh, well. Maybe next time.

Dogwood Naperville

A riot of white spring flowers in this local Dogwood tree.

The Ritz

Got to check this hotel out one day. The Ritz Carleton on Ft. Lauderdale beach. Yum.

No Place Like Home

I hope she doesn't ask for a car or something because that face is too cute to deny.

Wasatch Mountains, Utah

Passenger in a car driving at sunrise but still got this fairly sharp shot while traveling at 60mph. The sun was hitting the Wasatch Mountains, just outside of Salt Lake, even as snow was moving into the area. Snow in early May is unusual, even for Salt Lake. Beautiful view in any case.

The Morman's certaintly know how to build. Temple Square in Salt Lake is a beautiful, impressive area.

Driving by the Mountains in Salt Lake

Got to see some wonderful views of the Wasatch Mountains just outside of Salt Lake. It is a beautiful area of the country. Have to visit there again.
