Bellevue Downtown Park View

This is an IPhone shot with no adjustments except to take the color down a touch as it seemed a bit too colorful. I was jogging in Bellevue, Washington near Seattle and saw the reflection in this wonderful infinity pool in Bellevue Park near the downtown area. Beautiful day and many were out and about enjoying the weather.

Palm Beach Downtown View

Beautiful entrance to where the money lives. Downtown Palm Beach is a nice little shopping area of shops and restaurants.

Intimidation, Pittsburg Style

All churches are built to either impress or intimidate or do both. This one, the First Presbyterian Church of Pittsburg, does a pretty good job of both.

I love these old buildings surrounded by the new. Such beautiful old building with so much detail.

Pittsburg Jazz Musicians

I don't think of Pittsburg and jazz but apparently Pittsburg has a very active music community. This statute is near Little E's, a local jazz club.

It just struck me as a bit weird.

Chicago Faces

Typical Chicago tourist shot, but I was able to get it without any tourists in the way. Had to be patient as there were people around but they just got out of frame for a second.

Georgetown Street Scene at dusk

We had a great time walking the streets in Georgetown and had an excellent dinner. Nice break from the historical parts of Washington DC.



Freedom Tower

Getting near the end of construction. The top spire is on.

White House

It is hard to get different shots of iconic landmarks so when force to take that same shot as everyone else, at least make it as good as you can. This is the backside of the White House, which is the more familiar view as you can get closer to the building.

Capitol Hill

Hard to get a shot of a famous tourist location without copying every other tourist. So, maybe take a shot while stopped at a light. It gives a little different view from the typical shot taken from Washington Mall.

Matthiessen State Park

I was here a couple of years ago. Glad to see that the scene hasn't changed. Had a great time shooting Amber and Mike's engagement photos at Matthiessen State Park. Lovely location. Lovey couple.
