One of the easiest hikes and most beautiful hikes in the national parks is Broadway in Arches, one of the first hikes you get to coming in from Moab, Utah, which I think is the only entrance to the park. Just a short walk down some steps and you get into this beautiful canyon that leads slightly downhill about a mile to another parking lot at the other end of the canyon. You can turn around or if you plan in advance, another of your party can reposition the car at the end of the hike. So beautiful and peaceful a hike with surprisingly few people as many drive right by this stop. It can't be that great as it is the first hike along the road---but surprise, it is quite amazing.
